AVAR

AVAR (Association of anti Virus Asia Researchers) was founded in June 1998. The primary objective of AVAR is to prevent the spread and damage caused by malicious software and to develop cooperative relationships among anti-malicious software experts in Asia. AVAR is an independent and a not-for-profit organization.

AVAR is a professional and specialist organization which comprises prominent，world-leading experts on malware threats，technologies and trends from around the world including Asia，China，Europe and America. AVAR's is an independent organization whose aim is to play an important role to fight against computer malware globally and to raise user's awareness on broader computer security issues.

The organization has a formal constitution，code of conduct and is committed to improve members' knowledge and skills.

AVAR 2012

The 15th AVAR International Anti-virus Security Conference is to be held on 12 to 14 November 2012 at the JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou. The Conference will be organized by Tencent. It is the first time for Chinese enterprises to organize the AVAR conference.

第十五届AVAR国际反病毒安全会议将于2012年11月12日至14日，在杭州市JW万豪酒店举行。此次大会由腾讯公司承办，为首次中国企业承办AVAR大会。
