The following registration process for AVAR 2011 will allow delegates to register not only for the conference but also for the associated Hospitality Events outlined on this website.

AVAR members and those members from official Supporting Organisations should ensure they have their ‘Organisation Password’, so that discounts and additional benefits can be applied as appropriate.

The the AVAR 2011 Delegate Registration process is managed by the Events Division of West Coast Labs' parent company, the Haymarket Media Group. You are about to be redirected to Haymarket's 'Eventsforce' delegate registration management system which includes an SSL certificate that does not display certificate ownership information. However we can assure delegates that this is a widely used and trusted system.

The registration process for AVAR 2011 requires us to collect a minimal amount of personal data from each registrant. This information will enable us to communicate effectively with registrants with regard to all aspects of the AVAR 2011 conference, to facilitate payment of delegate fees and to communicate details of future AVAR events. The data collected in the registration process will be used solely for these activities and for none other. The data will not be disclosed to any third party, nor will it be used for any purpose other than that described herein.
